eLearning has in recent years matured. It is now possible to prepare engaging learning courses that can be delivered in multiples ways, to the desktop of the learners. It can be integrated to Learning Management Systems to automatically record results and progress.

Many companies use it to reduce training costs by delivering training in a self paced way, without transport and accomodation costs, downtime losses. Ideal where learners are geographically spread, or you just cant afford to have everyone at training at once.
